This was announced in an interview with journalists on June 9 by the Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Sherzod Hidoyatov, the correspondent of the newspaper reports.

According to him, the movements of ministries are expected "the other day." The new Tashkent is under construction of temporary buildings for a number of ministries and departments. The Ministry of Energy has already completed the move.

“All ministries will be next to each other in the form of a single complex. They will be placed in temporary buildings. Their current buildings in Tashkent will be put up for sale, and new buildings will be built for proceeds in the new Tashkent, ”the minister said.

He added that the rest of the departments will be translated in stages. Also, according to him, for the convenience of the movement of employees, separate transport routes will be organized.

“The Ministry of Transport is now working on how to realize it,” said Sherzod Hidoyatov.
