The master plan of the Sea Breeze Uzbekistan tourism center was presented to the president.

The master plan of Sea Breeze Uzbekistan, a tourism center by Azerbaijani entrepreneur Emin Agalarov, was presented to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The complex will be developed in stages and will include 10 zones with recreational facilities and services within walking distance.

On April 14, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev was introduced to the master plan of the international tourism center Sea Breeze Uzbekistan by Azerbaijani entrepreneur Emin Agalarov.

According to the president’s press service, the large-scale project, which will be located on the shore of the Charvak Reservoir in the Tashkent region, was developed with the involvement of several foreign companies.

The project envisions phased construction of the center, divided into 10 compact zones, each offering leisure facilities and necessary services within close reach.

A bridge is planned to be built between the two shores of the reservoir.

“The waterfront will feature boulevards, beaches, and recreational areas, while hotels, cottages, residential buildings, restaurants, and viewing platforms will be built on the slopes. In addition, cultural, educational, medical, and sports facilities will also be constructed,” the statement says.

Thus, the complex will not only serve as a tourist destination but also as a year-round residential area, the press service noted.

The president emphasized that the center must be convenient for all visitors and instructed to provide the necessary infrastructure.

According to Gazeta.uz, the project is estimated at $10 billion and will be funded by foreign investors.

Sea Breeze is a premium seaside resort and coastal complex covering 500 hectares, founded by Emin Agalarov in 2006. It is located on the Caspian Sea coast, about a 30-minute drive from the center of Baku.

At the end of August last year, Agalarov Development announced plans to build a residential complex and hotel in the center of Tashkent. The project is estimated to cost $133 million.
