The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev adopted a delegation of foreign investors as part of the chairman of the board of Al Mirqab Capital Hamada Bin Jassima Al Tanya and the senior managing director of the BlackRock investment company Adebayo Ogunlesi. This was reported by the press service of the Uzbek leader.

At a meeting with investors, issues of development of mutually beneficial cooperation and the implementation of promising investment projects in Uzbekistan were considered.

"Large infrastructure and industrial projects of public-private partnerships were defined as priority areas, including the modernization of gas and electrical distribution networks, water supply systems, the construction of generation capacities and accumulation of energy, speed railway tracks, the construction of real estate and business infrastructure," the report said.

According to the results of the meeting, the parties agreed to accept the "road map" for systemic promotion of promising projects.
