Kazakhstan Becomes Leader in Purchases of Construction Materials from Uzbekistan
Kazakhstan is the main buyer of construction materials produced in Uzbekistan. This was reported by the press service of Uzpromstroymaterialy.
Last year, Uzbekistan exported 14 types of construction materials and raw materials to Kazakhstan for $158.4 million. In the first six months of this year, the volume of exports amounted to $87.5 million.
Recall that in 2023, the volume of direct investment from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan reached a record high of $22.2 million.
