Complex run by developer company Golden House, exhibitor of UzBuild 2019.
The presentation was made by representatives of large industrial companies involved in the project. Opening remarks were given by Ambassador Christopher Allan of Great Britain. The British architectural bureau Chapman Taylor presented Ramchandra Khativada - director of the company`s Moscow office. Golden House was represented by the managing partner of the company, Shukhrat Shamsutdinov, general manager Furkat Ibrahimov. The partners were speakers: Vladimir Shtoppel - Sales Director of Thyssenkrupp Elevator, Mehmet Ozdemir - General Director of Schüco Uzbekistan and General Manager of the Premium Concept - Bakhtiyor Umerkayev. Lydia Kim presented the management company MMG and the Bureau of Landscape Design and Architecture Gardenia Group.
The speakers described in detail the philosophy of the residence and the benefits. The stages of creation were clearly demonstrated: from the beginning of construction to its completion. Guests were invited to consider the architectural and engineering features of the future residence.
