A unique metro station with car parking will appear in "New Tashkent"

The infrastructure of the “New Tashkent” under construction will be replenished with a large-scale transport hub, which is designed to change the approach to mobility in the capital. Feature of the projectwill becomecombining a modern metro station with a multi-level car parking, which will create a single space for convenient transfer from personal transport to public transport.

The implementation of this project took place on an area of ​​five hectares, with a total construction area of ​​20 thousand square meters. At the current stage, work is already in full swing at the site: judging by the footage from the construction site, builders have begun erecting the main supporting structures and concrete floors. In addition to the important transport function, the launch of the hub also has a social impact - more than 50 permanent jobs will be created here for service personnel.

It is expected that the appearance of such a facility will significantly relieve congestion on the road network. Residents will be able to leave their cars in a guarded parking lot and continue their journey by metro without hindrance, which will be an important step in the development of the transport ecosystem of the metropolis. The project is under the close attention of the Government Commission, serving as one of the key growth points of the new part of the city.
